Delivery

House of Arum is an online studio florist, offering floral delivery throughout the Northern Rivers,  Monday to Sunday. While we don’t operate as a walk-in store, studio pick-up in Byron Bay can be arranged by appointment.

Deliveries are completed between 1:00pm and 6:00pm, by both our in-house team and select local couriers, each handling your flowers with care and attention.

We offer complimentary delivery within central Byron Bay, with a flat delivery fee of $20 for surrounding areas.

To support a smooth delivery, please ensure all recipient details are accurate, including the full address and a contact phone number. Incomplete or incorrect delivery information may result in delays or unsuccessful deliveries.

If a delivery cannot be completed, your flowers will be returned to our studio. You're welcome to collect them in person or arrange redelivery for an additional fee.

Same-day delivery is available on orders placed before 8:30am Monday-Friday. We may be able to accommodate last-minute orders, for urgent requests, please reach out via phone or email and we’ll do our best to assist.

Weekend orders: To allow for sourcing and preparation, all weekend delivery orders must be placed by Saturday 8:30am AEST. Orders after this will be scheduled for the following week unless confirmed otherwise.
